1. Digital Products
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. Refunds are only available in the following circumstances:
The product is faulty or not as described.

2. Physical Products
UK Customers
We offer a free 14-day return policy for physical products, excluding limited editions. You have 14 days from the date of receipt to request a return.
Eligibility Criteria for Returns:
Items must be in the same condition as received.
Items must be returned in their original packaging.

Upon acceptance, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how to proceed.

Additional Information:
A 10% restocking fee applies to all returns.

International Customers
International customers are eligible for a 14-day return policy on physical products, excluding limited editions.

Return Shipping Costs:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
As a guide, returns from:
US: typically cost around £20.
Rest of the World: typically cost between £25-£40.
