Briefing

• Submit individual image briefs on separate Trello cards.

• We'll confirm each brief to ensure alignment.

Concept Generation

• We'll create 5 unique concepts based on your direction.

• Concepts will be added to the review card, and you'll be notified.

Feedback and Refinement

• Provide your comments and choices on each card.

• We'll confirm your desired direction and amendments.

Final Selection

• We'll fine-tune and present 3 versions of your selected image(s).

• If there isnt a standout winner, we'll do a further round of refinement based on your feedback.

Delivery

• Receive your approved image as a high-resolution JPEG.

Note: We use the email provided during purchase for the Trello invitation. To change this, accept the invitation and raise a help card in the last column.

Our Lifestyle AI Suite Includes:

1. High-quality AI-generated image(s) featuring a single human character.

2. Background, environment and props relevant to the agreed-upon concept

3. Image delivered in your requested aspect ratio

4. Both CMYK (print) and RGB (digital) colour versions

Please Note:

• Additional characters, complex scenes, or specific product placements may incur extra charges

• We do not create images of real people or celebrities

• All generated characters are fictional and any resemblance to real persons is coincidental

Right of Refusal:

Skinny reserves the right to refuse any job after reviewing the brief if we determine that:

1. The requested content is unachievable within the scope of our AI technology

2. The concept is inappropriate, offensive, or violates our ethical standards

3. The request infringes on copyright or trademark laws

4. The brief conflicts with our technical capabilities or artistic vision

In such cases, we will provide a full refund of any payments made.

Satisfaction Guarantee and Revision Policy

At Skinny, we're committed to delivering exceptional AI-generated visual content that meets your project's needs. While we don't offer traditional returns on our 'digital products', we stand behind the quality of our work and offer the following guarantees:

1. Consultation and Brief Accuracy:
If we fail to accurately capture your brief during the initial consultation or through our online form, we'll offer an additional consultation at no extra charge to ensure we fully understand your requirements.

2. Revision Process:
Our service includes two rounds of revisions to ensure your satisfaction. If, after these revisions, you're not completely satisfied with the final product, we'll offer an additional round of revisions at no extra cost.

3. Quality Assurance:
In the unlikely event that the delivered images do not meet our stated quality standards (resolution, format, etc.), we'll recreate the images at no additional charge.

4. Cancellation Policy:
If you choose to cancel your order before we begin the creative process (i.e., before we send you the initial concepts), we'll provide a full refund minus a 10% administrative fee.

5. No Refunds After Delivery:
Once the final images have been delivered and approved, we cannot offer refunds. This policy is in place due to the custom nature of our AI-generated visuals and the resources invested in their creation.
